Calodu Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Operator: Gleipnir
This Privacy Policy explains how Calodu (the "App"), a Windows desktop calendar app distributed by Gleipnir, handles your information. In this policy, the "Operator" means Gleipnir. The App lets you view and edit your Google Calendar events and Microsoft To Do tasks together in a desktop widget.
This policy is provided in Korean and English. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Summary
- The Operator runs no server for the App and does not collect your personal information on any Operator server.
- The only personal information the Operator receives directly is the email you send when contacting us (Sections 2 and 7).
- The events, tasks, sign-in tokens, settings, and logs the App handles are all stored in a data folder on your PC (Section 5).
- The App communicates directly from your PC with Google and Microsoft servers; this communication does not pass through the Operator.
- The App contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools, and the Operator does not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties.
- Signing out of a service in the App removes that service's sign-in information and cache; deleting the data folder and revoking access in your Google and Microsoft account settings cleans up completely (Section 6).
- Copying Google Calendar "To Do" events to Microsoft To Do (Section 4) is off both in a new installation and after updating from an earlier version. Only if you turn it on in the settings and agree in the consent dialog in the App does the App copy events from your own Google calendar named "To Do" as tasks to the default list in your own Microsoft To Do. Events in other calendars are not copied. Attaching the widget to the desktop (Section 10) is on when the App is newly installed; a notice at first launch tells you so, and you can turn it off in the settings. If you update from an earlier version, your existing attachment setting is not changed.
2. Information We Process
The App processes the information below only after you sign in with your Google or Microsoft account and grant access. Sign-in takes place on the Google or Microsoft sign-in page shown in your browser; the App does not receive or store your account password.
| Source | Information | Read or write | Stored on your PC? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google sign-in | Sign-in tokens (access token, refresh token) | Obtained and used by the App | Yes, google_token.bin (encrypted) |
| Microsoft sign-in | Sign-in tokens (access token, refresh token); may include account identifiers such as your sign-in name | Obtained and used by the App | Yes, msal_cache.bin (encrypted) |
| Google Calendar | Calendar list (calendar IDs, calendar names, etc., including subscribed holiday calendars) | Read | Calendar IDs only, cache.db |
| Google Calendar | Events: event ID, calendar ID, title, description, start and end time, all-day flag, version identifier (etag), last-modified time, recurring event ID, event type, whether you declined the event, event link (the address that opens the event in Google Calendar), whether the event is a copy created by an earlier version of the App | Read; write when you act in the widget | Yes, cache.db (not encrypted) |
| Google Calendar | Other event fields included in the response (attendees, location, etc.). From the attendees, only your own response status is read and stored in the row above as whether you declined; from the extended properties, only the earlier copy marker is read and stored in the row above as whether the event is a copy | Read (received in the response) | No, processed in memory only (only the declined and copy flags in the row above are stored) |
| Microsoft To Do | Task list information (list IDs, list names, etc.) | Read | List IDs only, cache.db |
| Microsoft To Do | Tasks: task ID, list ID, title, note (body), due date, completion status, reminder time, version identifier (etag), last-modified time, creation time, Calodu link marker (the original Google event ID attached to copies the App created) | Read; write when you act in the widget; write copies if you turn on the copying in Section 4 | Yes, cache.db (not encrypted) |
| Microsoft To Do | All fields of the original task read when you move a task to another list (start date, importance, categories, recurrence, steps, linked information, whether it has attachments, etc.) | Read; written to the new list with the same content | No, processed in memory only |
| App sync | Sync state values (sync tokens) used to fetch only changes | Created and used by the App | Yes, cache.db |
| App copying records | Pairing information for the copying in Section 4: pairs of copy marker and original calendar ID | Created and used by the App | Yes, cache.db (not encrypted; deleted when you sign out of Microsoft) |
| App settings | Window position, size, opacity, placement mode, selected theme, whether the copying of Google Calendar "To Do" events to To Do (Section 4) is on (g2t) and your consent record (g2t_consent: the time you agreed and the version of the notice you agreed to), the time you agreed to desktop attachment (when you turned it on in the settings or, if the widget started attached, when you selected "확인" (OK) in the first-run notice), the time you dismissed the first-run notice, the ID of the To Do list you last chose for new tasks (todo_list). Whether the earlier task copying (mirroring) was on (mirror) and the time it was turned on (mirror_consent) may remain in the file, but version 1.2.0 does not read them | Created and used by the App | Yes, widget.json |
| App activity | Activity log (see Section 9) | Created by the App | Yes, widget.log |
| Your PC screen | Mouse cursor position, whether a mouse button is pressed, screen coordinates of desktop icons (see Section 10) | Read | No |
The calendar ID of your primary Google calendar is usually the same as your Google account email address. Your Google account email address may therefore appear in the cache on your PC (cache.db).
Information the Operator receives directly
The events, tasks, and sign-in tokens the App handles are processed on-device, only inside your PC, and are not sent to any Operator server. This information is deleted from your PC when you sign out in the App or delete the data folder (Section 6). The only personal information the Operator receives and processes directly is the email address and message content (including any name you write) that you send when contacting us. In addition, the Operator receives installation, usage, add-on purchase, and crash statistics that Microsoft provides through Partner Center (Section 9).
3. Purposes of Processing
The App processes the information above only for the following purposes.
- To display your Google Calendar events and Microsoft To Do tasks in the widget.
- To create, edit, complete, or delete events and tasks, or move them to another calendar or list, when you request it directly in the widget.
- If you turn it on in the settings, to copy events from your own Google calendar named "To Do" as tasks to the default list in your own Microsoft To Do (Section 4).
- To keep you signed in so that syncing continues without signing in each time.
- To restore display settings such as window position the next time the App starts.
- To keep an activity log so that you can check the cause of problems such as sync errors.
The App syncs with Google and Microsoft every 60 seconds. The first sync downloads all past events in your calendars with no date limit; after that, only changes are downloaded.
Purpose of each requested permission (scope)
| Permission (scope) | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly | Read your calendar list and the events in every calendar on that list to display them in the widget. If you turn on the copying in Section 4, the source events for copying are also read with this permission. | |
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events | Create events (all-day events in the calendar you choose), edit event titles and dates, delete events, and move events to another calendar (including the "To Do" calendar) when you request it in the widget. Version 1.2.0 does not create copy events in Google Calendar. | |
Tasks.ReadWrite | Microsoft | Read and display your To Do lists and tasks; create, edit, complete, and delete tasks, and move tasks to another list (by creating the task in the new list with the same content and then deleting the original), when you request it in the widget. If you turn on the copying in Section 4, create copy tasks in the default list, and update and mark as completed those copies. The App does not create or rename lists. |
offline_access | Microsoft | Obtain a refresh token so that syncing continues without you signing in each time. The sign-in library requests it automatically. |
The permissions (scopes) requested are the same as in version 1.1.0, so you do not need to sign in again after updating to 1.2.0.
Except for the copying in Section 4 that you turn on, the App changes your Google or Microsoft data only when you act directly in the widget. The copying in Section 4 changes only Microsoft To Do, not Google Calendar. Deleting an event or task at your request in the widget happens only after you confirm in a confirmation dialog in the widget. Deleting the original task when moving a task to another list is part of the move you request (see below).
Moving to another calendar or list
- Events: in the widget's edit window, you can change the Google calendar of an existing event (including the "To Do" calendar). If the copying in Section 4 is on and you move an event into or out of the "To Do" calendar, a To Do copy is created or marked as completed according to the rules in Section 4.
- Tasks: in the widget's edit window, you can move an existing task to another To Do list. Because Microsoft To Do has no feature for moving a task between lists, the App creates a task with the same content (title, body, due date, start date, reminder, importance, categories, recurrence, steps, linked information, and completion status) in the new list and then deletes the original task. Attachments cannot be moved, so if the task has attachments, a confirmation dialog tells you so and the move proceeds only if you confirm. If the move fails, the original task is not deleted; in that case, a task already created in the new list may remain.
4. Copying Google Calendar "To Do" Events to Microsoft To Do
Only if you turn on the copying option in the settings (shown as Google 캘린더 "To Do" 일정을 Microsoft To Do에 복사, meaning "Copy Google Calendar To Do events to Microsoft To Do"), the App automatically copies events from your own Google calendar named "To Do" as tasks into the default list of Microsoft To Do in your own Microsoft account. Events in other calendars are not copied. This is a Pro feature (Section 11), and it is off both in a new installation and after updating from an earlier version. When you check this option in the settings, a consent dialog opens in the App. It turns on immediately only after you review the notice in the dialog (the information sent, where it goes, the purpose, how copying works, how to turn it off, and a button that opens this policy) and select "동의하고 켜기" (Agree and turn on); if you select "취소" (Cancel) or close the dialog, it stays off. No event information is sent to Microsoft before you agree. When you agree, the time you agreed and the version of the notice you agreed to are recorded in the settings file (widget.json). Each time you turn it on again, the consent dialog is shown. If an App update changes the notice in the consent dialog, copying stops until you review the new notice and agree again. Unchecking the option in the settings turns it off immediately, withdraws your consent, and stops further copying (the consent record is kept as history). This copying runs only from Google to Microsoft, and it moves part of the data in your own Google account into your own Microsoft account. The copied information is not sent to the Operator.
- Calendars copied: Google calendars named "To Do" (letter case is ignored) that you own or can edit. Events in other calendars are not copied.
- Events not copied: events in all calendars other than "To Do" (including holiday, subscribed, and birthday calendars), events in a read-only "To Do" calendar, birthday events, invitations you declined, and task copy events that an earlier version of the App created in Google Calendar
- Period: events that end after the start of today (midnight Korea time) and start within 30 days from today are newly copied. Events already copied continue to be followed even if they move outside this period. For a recurring event, only the next upcoming occurrence is copied.
- Destination: tasks are added to the default list in Microsoft To Do (shown as "작업" (Tasks) in Korean). The App does not create To Do lists or rename them.
- Content copied: event title, date (as the due date), time, event link (the address that opens the event in Google Calendar), and internal identifiers (linked information containing the Google event ID, with the app name "Calodu"). For timed events, the time is set as the To Do reminder time (not set if that time has already passed). For all-day events, the last day is used as the due date (including events spanning several days).
- Content not copied: calendar names, event descriptions, attendees, locations, attachments, meeting links, colors, Google reminder settings, and anything else not listed above
- When: at each sync every 60 seconds, only when that round's Google and Microsoft syncs both succeed
- Reflecting changes: when the title, date, or time changes in Google, the To Do copy is updated at the next sync. Title, due date, and reminder changes you make in To Do return to the Google values. The App does not write the task body (note), so notes you add in To Do stay as they are.
- Marking as completed: if you delete an event in Google, decline it, or the "To Do" calendar is deleted or renamed so that it is no longer copied, the App does not delete the copy; it only marks it as completed (without adding any text). Copies stay open after the event date passes. If you move an event from the "To Do" calendar to another calendar, its copy is only marked as completed; if you move an event from another calendar into the "To Do" calendar, it is copied as a new task. If copies are duplicated because the feature is on on several PCs, the later ones are marked as completed.
- Limits on changes: syncing does not delete To Do tasks or lists. The only To Do tasks the App edits are copies with the Calodu link marker; tasks you created yourself are only read. The App does not reopen a copy you completed in To Do. If you move a copy to another list in To Do, it stays there, and a copy you deleted in To Do is not created again (an event moved into the "To Do" calendar from another calendar is copied anew).
- One direction only: completing or editing a copy in To Do does not change the Google Calendar event.
When this feature is on, the title, date, time, event link, and internal identifiers of events in your Google "To Do" calendar are sent to To Do in your own Microsoft account. This information is stored in Microsoft To Do, and its processing there is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement. You can turn copying off in the settings at any time. Turning it off stops further copying, but To Do tasks already created are not deleted; you can delete them directly in Microsoft To Do if needed.
Copying in the earlier direction (up to 1.1.x)
Versions 1.1.x had a feature in the opposite direction (mirroring), which copied Microsoft To Do tasks as events into the Google calendar named "To Do". From version 1.2.0 this feature has stopped, and the earlier settings (mirror, mirror_consent) are not read even if they remain in the file. Copy events that earlier versions created in your Google "To Do" calendar are neither deleted nor edited by version 1.2.0, and they remain hidden in the widget. You can delete them directly in Google Calendar if needed.
5. Storage Location and Security Measures
The App's data is stored in a data folder on your PC, whose location depends on how the App was installed.
- Microsoft Store version:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Gleipnir.calodu_c0vj0afnznazg\LocalState - Installer version:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\agenda-widget
For testing, another location can be set with the AGENDA_WIDGET_DATA environment variable or the --data-dir launch argument. The Operator cannot access the contents of this folder.
| File | Contents | Protection |
|---|---|---|
google_token.bin | Google sign-in tokens | Encrypted with Windows DPAPI; can be decrypted only under the current Windows user account |
msal_cache.bin | Microsoft sign-in tokens; may include account identifiers | Encrypted with Windows DPAPI; can be decrypted only under the current Windows user account |
cache.db | Event and task fields listed in Section 2, sync state values, pairing information for the copying in Section 4 | Not encrypted |
widget.json | Window position, size, opacity, placement mode, theme, whether the copying in Section 4 is on and the consent record (time agreed, notice version) | Not encrypted |
widget.log (older files widget.log.1 to widget.log.3) | Activity log | Not encrypted |
The App applies the following measures.
- Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
- Communication with Google and Microsoft uses HTTPS.
- The temporary server used to receive the sign-in response (
localhost) and the local server that displays the widget (127.0.0.1) are opened only inside your PC. - Because the Operator has no server, your data is not kept on the Operator's side.
The event and task cache (cache.db) is not encrypted, so any person or program with access to the same Windows account on the same PC can read it. We recommend setting a password on your Windows account and, where possible, using disk encryption such as BitLocker.
6. Retention and Deletion
Retention period
Information stored on your PC is kept until you delete the data folder. Events and tasks deleted in the original service (Google or Microsoft) are also removed from the cache at the next sync. However, if you remove an entire calendar or task list in Google or Microsoft, the items in it may remain in the cache. The activity log moves to a new file when a file reaches about 1 MB and keeps at most 3 older files, so its total size stays under about 4 MB and older log entries are deleted automatically.
When you uninstall the App
- Microsoft Store version: when you uninstall the App, Windows also deletes the data folder (sign-in tokens, cache, settings, log).
- Installer version: uninstalling does not delete the data folder; when uninstallation finishes, a notice shows you its location. If you chose "Run at Windows startup" during installation (unchecked by default), that startup entry is removed on uninstall.
Either way, copy events that earlier versions of the App created in your Google "To Do" calendar, copy tasks that version 1.2.0 created in Microsoft To Do, and the App's access permissions registered in your Google and Microsoft accounts remain after uninstalling. If needed, delete the copies directly in Google Calendar and Microsoft To Do, and revoke access as described below.
How to delete information stored on your PC
- Quit the widget.
- Type the data folder location (Section 5) in the File Explorer address bar to open the folder. For the installer version it is
%LOCALAPPDATA%\agenda-widget. - Delete that folder. If it was moved to the Recycle Bin, empty the Recycle Bin as well.
Signing out and switching accounts
In the App you can sign out of Google and Microsoft separately, or switch to another account. After you confirm, signing out deletes that service's sign-in information (tokens) and cached items stored on this PC; signing out of Microsoft also deletes the pairing information for the copying in Section 4. Your events and tasks on the Google and Microsoft servers are not changed, and To Do copies already created remain.
Revoking access
Signing out in the App does not revoke the access permissions registered in your Google or Microsoft account, so that sign-ins on your other PCs using the same account are not cut off. To revoke access completely, remove it in each account's settings.
- Google: remove Calodu's access on the "Third-party apps and services" page of your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Microsoft personal account: remove Calodu's permissions on the app permissions page (https://account.live.com/consent/Manage).
- Microsoft work or school account: if you signed in with one, remove Calodu's permissions on the app permissions page your organization provides, or ask your organization's administrator.
Revoking access in your account settings does not delete information already stored on your PC. To clean up completely, sign out in the App or delete the data folder, and also revoke access in your account settings.
Operator's deletion procedure
Because the Operator does not keep App data, there is no App data for the Operator to delete. Information you send by email when contacting us (Section 14) is kept for 1 year after your inquiry is resolved and then deleted. However, purchase-related inquiries such as those about Pro purchases or refunds (records of complaints or disputes about transactions) are kept for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted, as required by Article 6 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Article 6 of its Enforcement Decree (retained items: email address, inquiry content, and how it was resolved). Personal information included in Partner Center crash data is deleted within 30 days of receipt (Section 9).
7. Provision to Third Parties, Outsourcing, and International Transfers
- Provision to third parties: the Operator does not provide your personal information to third parties.
- The App's communications: the App communicates directly from your PC, using your own Google and Microsoft accounts, with each company's servers (the Google APIs at
www.googleapis.com, Google sign-in and token servers, Microsoft Graph atgraph.microsoft.com, and the Microsoft sign-in server atlogin.microsoftonline.com). These servers may be located outside your country. The Operator is not involved in and does not receive this communication, so it is not a provision to third parties, outsourcing, or international transfer by the Operator. Google and Microsoft are services you sign up for and use yourself, and processing within those services is governed by each company's privacy policy. The copying in Section 4, if you turn it on, moves information from your own Google account to your own Microsoft account; the App sends it directly from your PC to Microsoft's servers, and the Operator does not receive it. - Outsourcing and international transfer (contact emails): the Operator uses Google LLC's Gmail to receive and keep contact emails, which may be stored on Google's servers outside Korea. The Operator does not outsource any other processing of personal information. Details are in the table below.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (disclosure in this policy) |
| Items transferred | Your email address and message content (including any name you write) |
| Countries | Countries outside Korea where Google operates servers. Google states that it maintains servers around the world and that your information may be processed on servers located outside the country where you live (Google Privacy Policy). Google decides where the data is stored; the Operator cannot choose the country. |
| When and how | When you send an email, transmitted over the internet |
| Recipient | Google LLC (contact: see the contact information in the Google Privacy Policy, https://policies.google.com/privacy) |
| Purpose and retention | Email storage and delivery, for the retention period for contact emails stated in Section 6 |
| How to refuse and its effect | If you do not want your email stored abroad, do not contact us by email. You will then be unable to contact the Operator, but this does not affect your use of the App. |
Temporary data of the display component (WebView2)
The App uses the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime as a display component, and the App's screens run in WebView2's InPrivate mode. While running, it creates temporary display data in your Windows user temporary folder (%TEMP%), which is deleted when the App exits normally. If the App exits abnormally, this temporary data may remain; it is deleted by Windows temporary file cleanup. Because sign-in takes place in your system's default browser, no sign-in information is stored in this temporary data. Data processing by the WebView2 Runtime itself is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.
8. Google User Data Limited Use Disclosure
Calodu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, the App handles Google user data as follows.
- It is used only to provide the widget features of displaying events and editing events at your request, and, if you turn it on, copying events in your "To Do" calendar to your own Microsoft To Do (Section 4).
- Google user data is not sent to the Operator. Only if you turn on the copying in Section 4, the title, date, time, event link, and internal identifiers of events in your "To Do" calendar are sent to your own Microsoft account (Microsoft To Do). This transfer is made only to provide the copying feature that you turn on and agree to in the App's interface, and not for any other purpose. Google user data is not sent to any other third party, and it is not sold or transferred to any third party, including advertising platforms and data brokers.
- It is not used for advertising, including retargeting or personalized advertising.
- It is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Because the Operator has no server and does not receive Google user data, neither the Operator nor any other person reads that data.
9. Automatic Collection Tools (Cookies, Analytics) and Log Files
- Cookies and browser storage: the App's screens do not use cookies, localStorage, or IndexedDB. The widget is displayed through a local server inside your PC (
127.0.0.1) and does not load external scripts, fonts, or images. For temporary display data, see Section 7. - Analytics, advertising, and crash-reporting tools: the App contains none of these tools.
- Microsoft Store distribution: Microsoft provides the Operator, through Partner Center, with reports on the App's installations, usage, add-on purchases, and crashes and unresponsive events. These statistics are aggregated information that does not identify individuals, and the Operator does not use them to identify any particular user or device. If crash data includes personal information, the Operator uses it only to fix errors in the App and deletes it within 30 days of receipt. The collection and processing of that information is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.
Log file (widget.log)
The App keeps an activity log in the data folder on your PC for troubleshooting. The log is not sent to the Operator.
- Recorded: number of items synced, error types and HTTP status codes, window placement mode, the data folder path at startup, the fact that you signed out or turned the copying of Google Calendar "To Do" events to To Do on or off, the number of copies (such as created, updated, marked as completed, and failed), the stage at which moving a task to another list failed, whether Pro is owned and the result of a purchase (such as succeeded or canceled), and, in placement mode, the number of desktop icons and the fact that the widget was raised or lowered
- Path notation: folder paths in the log are rewritten in forms such as
%LOCALAPPDATA%,%APPDATA%, and~so that your Windows user name is not shown. - Not recorded: titles and contents of events and tasks, sign-in tokens (under default settings; titles are recorded only at the debug level, which is off by default)
- Size: the log moves to a new file about every 1 MB and keeps at most 3 older files (about 4 MB in total). If needed, you can quit the widget and delete the log files yourself.
10. Information Used Only Inside Your PC for Display
The App can attach the widget to the desktop (desktop attachment). In a new installation, the widget starts attached behind the desktop icons (on versions of Windows that do not support this placement, it is attached in front of the icons), and a notice at first launch tells you so and where to turn it off in the settings The time you select "확인" (OK) in the notice is recorded in widget.json. If you update from an earlier version, your existing attachment setting is not changed, and switching from a normal window to an attached mode goes through a consent dialog in the settings (the time you agreed is recorded in widget.json). In the placement mode that keeps the widget behind desktop icons, the App reads the following about every 0.05 seconds to raise or lower the widget in front of or behind the desktop icons.
- Mouse cursor position
- Whether a mouse button is pressed
- Screen position (coordinates) of desktop icons
The App does not read icon names, file contents, or keyboard input. This information is neither stored nor transmitted; the log records only the number of icons and the fact that the widget was raised or lowered.
11. Paid Features and Payments
The App is free, and a one-time purchase of the Microsoft Store add-on "Pro" unlocks the Microsoft To Do features and copying Google Calendar "To Do" events to Microsoft To Do (Section 4). A purchase starts in the App's settings and is completed in the Microsoft Store purchase window. Payment and payment method information such as card numbers are handled by Microsoft; neither the App nor the Operator receives them. Information processing related to purchases and payments is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement and the Microsoft Store terms. The App only checks whether you own Pro by using the Microsoft Store license check provided by Windows, and it does not create a separate license file. The log records only whether Pro is owned and the result of a purchase (Section 9). The price of Pro is shown on the App's Microsoft Store page and, as provided by the Microsoft Store, in the App's settings.
12. Children's Personal Information
The App is not directed at children under 14. Using the App requires a Google or Microsoft account. In South Korea, both Google and Microsoft require users to be at least 14 to manage their own accounts; younger children's accounts must be managed by a parent (Google Family Link, Microsoft Family Safety). In other countries, the age requirements each company sets for that country apply. The Operator does not collect children's personal information through the App. If a child under 14 wishes to contact us, please have a parent or legal guardian contact us on the child's behalf.
13. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You (the data subject) have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and suspension of processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because the App's information is on your PC, you can exercise most of these rights yourself.
| Right | How to exercise it |
|---|---|
| Access | Check the files in the data folder (Section 5). Check the original events and tasks in Google Calendar and Microsoft To Do. |
| Correction | Edit directly in the widget, Google Calendar, or Microsoft To Do. The cache is updated at the next sync. |
| Deletion | Signing out of a service in the App deletes that service's sign-in information and cache. To delete all information, delete the data folder as described in Section 6. Tasks created in Microsoft To Do by the copying in Section 4 can be deleted directly in Microsoft To Do. |
| Suspension of processing | Quitting the widget stops syncing and processing. To stop only the copying in Section 4, turn it off in the settings. If you set up automatic startup, turn it off in Windows startup app settings or uninstall the App. |
| Withdrawal of consent | Sign out in the App and revoke the App's access in your Google and Microsoft accounts as described in Section 6. The copying in Section 4 and desktop attachment can be turned off in the settings. |
The Operator cannot access your PC or account data and therefore cannot view or delete it on your behalf. If you have questions about exercising your rights, contact us using the details in Section 14 and we will respond without delay. You may also contact us through a legal representative or an authorized agent. Rights concerning information stored in your Google or Microsoft account are exercised through the procedures each company provides.

| Topic | Previous (effective October 8, 2026) | New (effective October 14, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Copying direction | Incomplete To Do tasks with a due date were copied as events to the Google calendar named "To Do" (mirroring). | Events in your Google calendar named "To Do" are copied as tasks to the default list in your own Microsoft To Do. Events in other calendars are not copied. Mirroring stops; copy events it already created are neither deleted nor edited (Sections 1, 3, 4). |
| Sending Google data elsewhere | "Data received from Google is not sent to Microsoft or anywhere else." | Only if you turn on the copying, the title, date, time, event link, and internal identifiers of events in the "To Do" calendar are sent to To Do in your own Microsoft account. They are not sent to the Operator or any other third party (Sections 4, 7, 8). |
| Default and consent | Off in a new installation; turned on in the settings after reading the notice there. | Off both in a new installation and after updating. It turns on only when you select "동의하고 켜기" (Agree and turn on) in a consent dialog in the App. A consent record is kept, and unchecking the option turns it off immediately (withdrawal of consent) (Sections 1, 4). |
| Information processed | Event and task fields, sync state values, settings, and log listed in Section 2. | Adds the recurring event ID, event type, whether you declined, event link, and whether an event is an earlier copy (Google events); creation time and the Calodu link marker (To Do tasks); pairing information for the copying; settings g2t, g2t_consent, todo_list, and others (Sections 2, 5). |
| Permissions (scopes) | calendar.readonly, calendar.events, Tasks.ReadWrite, offline_access | The same, so you do not need to sign in again. Purposes added: moving events and tasks, and writing copy tasks (Section 3). |
| Choosing and moving | New events were created in your primary calendar. | You can choose the calendar for a new event and the list for a new task, and move existing events and tasks to another calendar or list (Sections 2, 3). |
| Desktop attachment | Offered only in the installer version; off in a new installation. | Also offered in the Microsoft Store version. A new installation starts attached, and a notice at first launch tells you so. If you update, your existing setting is not changed (Sections 1, 10). |
| How changes are announced | This page and the text submitted to the Microsoft Store were updated, and the change was announced in the Store update description; general changes at least 7 days and changes important to your rights at least 30 days before they take effect. | Before a change takes effect, the text at the same address (privacy.html) is updated with the new effective date, and the change is also announced in the Microsoft Store update description. No fixed advance notice period is set (Section 16). |
| Other | - | Log entries (turning the copying on or off, number of copies, stage at which moving a task failed), the Google Limited Use statement, what remains after uninstalling or signing out, and how to exercise your rights were updated for the new feature (Sections 6, 8, 9, 13). |
Calodu
Gleipnir

Tasks.ReadWrite | Microsoft | To Do
4. Google 캘린더 "To Do" 일정의 Microsoft To Do 복사
이용자가 설정에서 복사 항목(화면 이름: Google 캘린더 "To Do" 일정을 Microsoft To Do에 복사)을 켠 경우에만, 앱은 이용자 본인의 Google 캘린더 중 이름이 "To Do"인 캘린더의 일정을 이용자 본인의 Microsoft 계정에 있는 Microsoft To Do의 기본 목록에 할 일로 자동 복사합니다.
이 기능을 켜면 Google "To Do" 캘린더 일정의 제목, 날짜, 시각, 일정 링크, 내부 식별자가 이용자 본인의 Microsoft 계정 To Do로 보내집니다.
1.1.x 버전에는 반대 방향, 즉 Microsoft To Do 할 일을 Google 캘린더의 "To Do" 캘린더에 일정으로 복사하는 기능(미러링)이 있었습니다.
- Microsoft Store판:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Gleipnir.calodu_c0vj0afnznazg\LocalState -
%LOCALAPPDATA%\agenda-widget
widget.log(이전 파일 widget.log.1~widget.log.3) | 실행 로그 | 암호화하지 않음 |
어느 방식이든 예전 버전이 Google "To Do" 캘린더에 만든 복사본 일정, 1.2.0이 Microsoft To Do에 만든 복사본 할 일, Google, Microsoft 계정에 등록된 앱 접근 권한은 앱을 제거해도 남습니다.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\agenda-widget
(Google API
www.googleapis.com, Google 로그인·토큰 서버, Microsoft Graphgraph.microsoft.com, Microsoft 로그인 서버login.microsoftonline.com)와 직접 통신합니다.

Calodu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
로그 파일(widget.log)
%LOCALAPPDATA%,%APPDATA%,~
앱은 무료이며, Microsoft Store의 추가 기능(add-on) "Pro"를 1회 구매하면 Microsoft To Do 기능과 Google 캘린더 "To Do" 일정의 Microsoft To Do 복사(4절)를 쓸 수 있습니다.
원본 일정·할 일은 Google 캘린더, Microsoft To Do에서 확인합니다. |
| 정정 | 위젯이나 Google 캘린더, Microsoft To Do에서 직접 수정합니다.
4절의 복사로 Microsoft To Do에 만들어진 할 일은 Microsoft To Do에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다. |
